Mid-power Prime mono

R2-750X1 sits between the 500-watt and 1200-watt Prime monos for builders who need more than a compact bass amp without jumping to the largest chassis. Continuous ratings are 250 W at 4 ohms, 500 W at 2 ohms, and 750 W at 1 ohm. The Class-D design, cast heat sink, and top-mounted control panel keep the footprint manageable for many trunk and under-seat installs while still delivering the rated continuous power.

Filters and setup aids

Dial the low-pass from 50–250 Hz and the infrasonic filter from 15–40 Hz to protect the woofer from content it cannot use. Punch EQ adds up to +18 dB at 45 Hz when you want more slam. C.L.E.A.N. input and output LEDs, plus the included RLC remote level control, simplify gain and bass volume setting after the wiring is finished.

Inputs and electrical

Low-level RCAs and high-level Molex inputs both feed an RCA pass-thru for daisy-chaining another amplifier. An Auto-Sense bypass switch supports vehicles with retained accessory power. Rockford calls for 4 AWG power wire and a 120 Amp fuse (not included), with 8 AWG speaker wire on the outputs. Convection cooling and rollback protection help the amp stay reliable under continuous bass loads.
