We ship only to the contiguous 48 US states. Note there are restrictions on some products.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Shipping Times
We ship most orders the same day when they are placed Monday through Friday before 2pm Central. Orders placed after 2pm on Fridays or over the weekend will ship the following Monday, this includes expedited orders. We do not ship on US Holidays.

Exchanges on Online Orders
All sales are final. New products from online orders can be exchanged within 30 days of the order date if they are in new condition, in the original packaging, with your order receipt. A 15% restocking fee applies, and you pay the cost of shipping the product back to us. Please contact us before sending anything back. See our Store Policy for full details.
