Installation Labor Warranty

Car Toyz stands behind its workmanship. All installation labor is guaranteed for as long as you own the vehicle. This warranty cannot be transferred to another owner. It does not cover damage from accidents, misuse, or work done by others.

Product Warranty

Products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty only. For current-model products installed by Car Toyz, we handle warranty exchanges over the counter in our store, so you don’t have to deal with the manufacturer.

All Sales Are Final

We do not give refunds. Eligible new products can be exchanged as described below.

Exchanges

• In-store purchases: You can exchange new products within 7 days of purchase if they are in new condition, in the original packaging, and you have the original receipt.
• Online orders: You can exchange new products within 30 days of the order date if they are in new condition, in the original packaging, and you have your order receipt. A 15% restocking fee applies, and you pay the cost of shipping the product back to us.

To exchange an online order, contact us before sending anything back so we can help you with the next steps.

Damaged or Defective Shipments

If an order arrives with obvious shipping damage, please refuse the delivery. If you accepted the delivery and then find shipping damage, call Car Toyz right away. Please save all packaging material and paperwork, because we need them to file a claim with the shipper. If you receive a product that does not work, call us for help.

Installation Charges

• Every installation includes a materials charge.
• If you bring in a product that wasn’t bought from Car Toyz and it doesn’t work, a diagnostic charge of at least $100 applies.
• On older vehicles, plastic clips, panels and trim can get brittle and may break even when they’re removed correctly. Car Toyz is not responsible for repairing or replacing these parts.
• If you can’t pay for goods and services, you still owe for installation labor, removal labor, and a 15% restocking fee on any products that were already installed.

Layaway

Layaways need a 10% down payment and must be paid in full within 90 days. If a layaway isn’t paid in full within 90 days, the down payment is forfeited. Layaway purchases can’t be exchanged or refunded.

Limits of Responsibility

We accept no responsibility for user-initiated damage and/or loss of parts incurred during operation or use of a product.
