Overview
The Rockford Fosgate PMX-RGB is the Color Optix plug-and-play lighting controller for Element Ready M0, M1, and M2 speakers and subwoofers. It can illuminate up to eight Color Optix speakers or subs on one unit, with RF Connect app control when paired. Operating voltage is 9 to 24 VDC with a 2-amp internal fuse and stainless mounting hardware in the carton.

Color Optix lighting control
The PMX-RGB drives RGB lighting for Rockford Fosgate Color Optix marine and motorsports speakers and subwoofers. One controller illuminates up to eight Color Optix speakers or subs; slight dimming may occur at the end of a long string. RF Connect app compatibility lets you adjust colors and effects from a phone when the controller is set up on the vehicle network.
Power and cable limits
Operating voltage is 9 to 24 VDC. Red and black power leads extend about 16 inches from the box, and eight female signal outputs extend about 16.5 inches. Maximum cable length is 100 feet including Y-adapters. An unlimited number of PMX-RGB units can join an RF Connect network when you need more than eight lighted speakers.
What you still need
Color Optix speakers, RGB extension cables, and Y-adapters are sold separately. Confirm Gen-2 versus earlier Color Optix cable pin-outs before ordering adapters. Stainless steel mounting hardware is included.
