Color Optix 6-inch marine coaxials
Rockford Fosgate rates the M1-6 at 75 watts RMS and 300 watts peak into 4 ohms, with sensitivity near 89 dB (1 W/1 m) and response from 42 Hz to 22 kHz. The mineral-filled polypropylene cone is co-molded to a Santoprene VAST surround for more radiating area in a compact basket. A 1-inch high-temp Kapton voice-coil former and sealed motor support continuous outdoor use on boats, UTVs, and golf carts that stay outside year round.
RGB lighting and marine connectors
Ultra-bright wide-angle tri-color LEDs sit under optically clear UV-stable encapsulation so Color Optix colors stay vivid in sunlight. Multiplexed RGB input and integrated Deutsch receptacles for speaker and lighting runs keep connections sealed against spray. The fully sealed ICC crossover uses a 6 dB/octave high-pass for the 1-inch grille tweeter. Mounting depth is 2.52 inches (63.9 mm) with stainless hardware in the carton.
Controller sold separately
Speakers ship as a pair. A Rockford Fosgate PMX-RGB Color Optix controller and app are required for lighting control and are sold separately. Confirm panel cutout and depth, and plan RGB cable runs with Y-adapters before you cut any fiberglass or plastic panels on the boat or UTV. Pair the speakers with stainless fasteners rated for salt air.
