T2S2-13 is Rockford’s Power T2 13-inch single 2-ohm woofer for extreme sealed or vented systems. Continuous power handling is 2000 W RMS / 4000 W max. Sensitivity is 87 dB (1 W/1 m) or 90 dB (2.8 V/1 m). Fs is 25.5 Hz with 34 mm Xmax. Magnet weight is 528 oz (14.97 kg). Shipping weight is 93.70 lb (42.5 kg).
Cone, motor, and frame
A three-layer glass-fiber / Aramid honeycomb / glass-fiber cone pairs with an injection-molded foam surround using VAST for more radiating area. Dual Nomex progressive spiders with stitched tinsel leads and a single-layer edge-wound aluminum 4-inch voice coil handle extreme excursion. The triple-stack segmented ferrite motor includes an integrated aluminum heat-sinking shorting ring (IDHS). A die-cast aluminum frame with heat-sink fins, proprietary surround clamping ring, and custom 8-AWG push-spring terminals finish the package.

Mounting depth is 9.70 inches (246 mm) with a 12.28-inch (312 mm) cutout. Rockford Fosgate recommends a sealed volume of 1.85 cu. ft. (52.3 L) and a vented volume of 4.0 cu. ft. (113 L). Woofer displacement is 0.250 cu. ft. (7.08 L). A detachable die-cast aluminum trim ring is included. Plan enclosure volume and amplifier current carefully for this motor’s power demand.
