Cut-in 6×9s for 2024+ factory bags
Factory 2024+ Harley saddlebags were not built around aftermarket 6×9s. The HD24BL69 is Rockford Fosgate’s purpose-built cut-in kit: TMS24-69 Element Ready speakers, precision left/right cutting templates with external ribs for jig or air-saw cuts, mechanical buckets and backers, baglid grilles, and internal plus external wiring harnesses. Direct saddlebag fitment keeps the upgrade looking factory.
Sealed buckets and bag space saved
Mating the top bucket and backer ring forms a U-channel that helps keep water out. Gasketed screws thread into brass inserts for a rigid seal. An integrated motor cover shields valuables in the bag from speaker heat. Molding ribs stabilize the structure so less acoustic energy is lost, and the higher speaker mount leaves more usable saddlebag volume than a low-slung design.
Compatibility notes
The kit is compatible with the Harley-Davidson Power Lock kit. Shipping weight is about 15 pounds. Professional cutting and sealing of bag lids is strongly recommended. Pair with a Stage-2 or Stage-3 amplifier path when you want the speakers driven properly. Keep Power Lock clearance and bag liner fit in mind when you dry-fit the buckets before making any permanent cuts in the lids. Extended low-end response from the 6×9 format helps bag speakers fill in bass that fairing drivers alone leave thin.
