Punch Pro tweeter for SPL stages
Competition and loud daily systems need a tweeter that will not fold when the midranges are screaming. The PP4-T is Rockford Fosgate’s Punch Pro 1.5-inch 4-ohm tweeter, rated at 50 watts RMS and 100 watts max. Sensitivity is a very high 105 dB (1 W/1 m), and frequency response runs from 4 kHz to 20 kHz—ideal above a Punch Pro midrange.
Die-cast housing and built-in network
A die-cast aluminum housing and billet-machined aluminum phase plug give the driver a rigid platform. The voice coil uses a high-temp Kapton former, and all-metal spring terminals accept heavy gauge wire. A built-in 4.5 kHz high-pass at 6 dB/octave means you can run the tweeter without a separate passive network in many layouts. Mounting depth is 2.59 inches with a 4.33-inch mounting diameter.
Sold each
The PP4-T ships as a single tweeter with mounting hardware for panel or baffle installs. Grilles and trim rings are not included. Pair it with a Punch Pro midrange, and confirm your amplifier can supply clean power near the 50-watt RMS rating with an appropriate high-pass filter.
