Move up to Punch P3 with the Rockford Fosgate P3D4-10, a 10-inch dual 4-ohm subwoofer rated 500 watts RMS and 1000 watts max. A Kevlar-fiber-reinforced paper cone, VAST surround, StampCast basket, and dual linear spider support sealed or vented installs. Dual 4-ohm coils wire to 2-ohm or 8-ohm loads. A diamond-cut cast aluminum trim ring is included; the optional grille insert is sold separately.

Punch P3 10-inch power
P3D4-10 is Rockford’s Punch P3 10-inch dual 4-ohm woofer for systems that want more motor than Punch P2. Continuous power handling is 500 W RMS / 1000 W max (CEA-2031). Dual 4-ohm voice coils wire for 2-ohm or 8-ohm at the amp. Sensitivity is 82 dB (1 W/1 m). Fs is 28 Hz with 15.9 mm Xmax.
Cone, motor, and basket
A Kevlar-fiber-reinforced paper cone pairs with VAST (Vertical Attach Surround Technique) for more radiating area than a conventional surround design. The high-temp voice coil uses a spun-laced Nomex reinforcement collar on a 2.5-inch former. Dual linear spiders with embedded 16 AWG tinsel leads, an extended pole piece, and a bumped vented backplate manage heat and excursion. StampCast basket construction includes integrated spider venting and FlexFit mounting slots.
Fit and enclosure
Mounting depth is 6.18 inches (156.8 mm) with a 9.13-inch (232 mm) cutout. Rockford lists sealed volume at 0.59 cu. ft. (16.7 L) and vented at 1.4 cu. ft. (39.6 L). Custom 10-AWG compression terminals accept large wire. The diamond-cut cast aluminum trim ring is included and accepts an optional stamped mesh grille insert (sold separately).
