When you want separated tweeters and a dedicated network, the T2652-S brings Rockford Fosgate’s Power line into a full component layout. The set is rated at 100 watts RMS and 200 watts max into 4 ohms, with response from 55 Hz to 22 kHz and 89 dB sensitivity (1 W/1 m). Each 6.5-inch midrange uses an aluminum cone design with a billet-machined aluminum phase plug, while the 1-inch aluminum dome tweeters handle the top end. Midrange mounting depth is 2.51 inches; tweeter mounting depth is 0.50 inches.
Audiophile crossovers
External networks use 5% tolerance poly-capacitors and air-core inductors. The high-pass is 3.0 kHz @ 18 dB/octave Butterworth and the low-pass is 3.0 kHz @ 12 dB/octave Butterworth, so the midrange and tweeter meet cleanly. Recessed tweeter mounts accept a standard 1-3/4-inch hole saw for flush installs. FlexFit slotted holes on the midranges help fine-tune woofer position when factory holes are slightly off.
