Product details
6.2-inch DVD receiver for everyday drives
AVH-241EX puts a 6.2-inch 16:9 touchscreen and a CD/DVD mechanism in a standard double-DIN chassis. Play discs or USB media, stream over Bluetooth, and take calls with the included microphone. WebLink 2.0 brings supported smartphone apps onto the dash over a wired USB connection. This model does not include Apple CarPlay or Android Auto.
Sound, camera, and voice
A built-in MOSFET amplifier is rated 14 W RMS x 4 (CTA-2006) and 50 W x 4 max into 4 ohms, with 22 W x 4 continuous. Five RCA preamp outputs at 2 volts let you feed a multi-channel amp or subwoofer, and the 13-band EQ plus HPF/LPF crossovers help tune the cabin. Connect a compatible backup camera to the dedicated input, and use Amazon Alexa through the Pioneer Vozsis app when your phone is paired.
Install notes
Confirm a double-DIN opening and chassis depth before cutting the dash. Steering-wheel control needs a separately sold adapter. A vehicle-specific dash kit and harness are typically required. Pioneer includes the remote, microphone, wiring harnesses, and mounting screws with the receiver.
