The Rockford Fosgate P3V2-69 is a Punch P3 6×9-inch 3-way component speaker system with separate woofer, midrange, and tweeter. It is rated 75 watts RMS and 150 watts peak at 4 ohms, with a Tetolon inverted-dome tweeter, mica-reinforced polypropylene cones, and VAST 2.0 surrounds. Removable motor covers and updated mounting flanges help it fit modern factory openings. Grilles are sold separately; the kit is sold as a pair.

True 3-way Punch P3 layout
The P3V2-69 puts a 6×9-inch woofer, a 2.5-inch midrange, and a 3/4-inch Tetolon inverted-dome tweeter on their own drivers so each band can do its job. Rockford Fosgate rates the pair at 75 watts RMS and 150 watts peak into 4 ohms, with a frequency response of 49 Hz to 25 kHz and sensitivity of 89 dB (1 W/1 m). External crossovers handle the tweeter high-pass with 0 dB or −3 dB attenuation, a midrange band-pass, and a woofer low-pass.
Built for factory openings
Updated mounting flanges, a removable motor cover, and the Factory Location Woofer Ring (F.L.W.R.) twist-lock adaptors are aimed at drop-in fit in many modern vehicles. Woofer cutout is 8.41 by 5.71 inches, with 2.76 inches of mounting depth without the motor cover and 3.13 inches with it. Flush and surface tweeter cups use copper spring contacts so the tweeter can be serviced from the front; a removal tool is included.
Materials and install details
VAST 2.0 surrounds increase effective cone area versus a conventional surround. Cones use mica-reinforced polypropylene, Santoprene half-roll surrounds, Nomex spiders, and vented Kapton voice-coil formers in a glass-fiber reinforced PA66 basket. The Multi-Configuration Crossover Chassis (MC3) can snap together or split so you can place the networks where the install needs them. Grilles are not included.
